Hello! Ok so let's talk about postage prices.  ^_^

Postage can be quite expensive, but we will always try to get it as cheap as possible for you and that's a promise. Even if you have already made an order and paid for it, we will still try to get the postage cheaper for you so that we can give you a couple of dollars refund!

Our biggest problem is that the postage calculator built into our checkout can only quote prices for sending your order as a PARCEL. But there is an alternative to parcels, which is sending your order as a LETTER. The difference between letters and parcels is basically the size... if your items can be fit into a bundle which weighs less than 500 grams, and can fit through a 2cm letter slot, then it can be sent as a "letter" instead of a parcel and this will make the postage cheaper for you! (Coz letters are always cheaper!)

So if you have a shopping cart full of stickers, for example, and the checkout is telling you that the postage price is going to be millions of dollars (or thereabouts!) then please don't hesitate to contact us so that we can check if your items can be sent as a letter instead.  =)

So please if you think your items could fit into a letter, just send us a quick message telling us what items you want (or place an order and in the comments section at the checkout please write "Please check my postage price!" And then don't pay for your order yet! - Or if you do pay and we can get the postage cheaper, we will refund the difference to you anyway!)

For our overseas customers, even if your items will not fit into a letter, you may have the option of "seamail" instead of "airmail", which is a cheaper way to post parcels but it takes a very long time to arrive, maybe upto 2 - 3 months! So please also feel free to ask for a seamail quote if you don't mind the long wait time!
